Manfeild Park Trust Appoints Paul Cocks as Chief Executive Officer

Manfeild Park Trust is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Cocks as its new Chief Executive Officer. Paul brings a wealth of executive and senior leadership experience in both private and community facing organisations. Paul has worked at Southern Cross Healthcare, Massey University, General Practice and large public hospitals. This combination of supporting and serving communities, combined with his strong commercial and governance experience, will bring a fresh approach to the Manfeild services and facilities.

Paul brings an emphasis on people development and collaboration with a strong community focus with values of integrity, professionalism, respect and engagement to deliver on his commitment to making a positive difference wherever he goes.

Paul says he’s “excited to join Manfeild Park Trust as it’s such an iconic destination and full of potential. Having been born in Feilding and lived much of my life in the Manawatu, it’s great to be in a role that is such a part of the region and community. There are always challenges supporting both commercial and community needs, but that’s part of the attraction for this role. I’m genuinely looking forward to getting to know the community and businesses over the coming months and years and continuing to build Manfeild into a place that we can all share.”

Paul Cocks replaces Kathy Gibson, who has served as CEO during the last four years. Kathy played a pivotal role in Manfeild’s growth during some of the most challenging times particularly the covid pandemic.
